A. We provide preliminary line drawings. We are associated with Licensed Architects and Structural Engineers, that can provide completed stamped drawings.

A. We at Professional Home Services handle the complete permit process. We provide each Government body with the necessary bonds and licenses.

Q. Can Professional Home Services provide references?
A. Yes. We can provide references related to any type of project that you are having us bid.

Q. Are the prices guaranteed?
A. Once you sign the proposal within the terms of the proposal, and adhere to the payment schedule, there will be no price increases, unless you add work that is not included in the proposal.
